Our office is located at 2155 Dunwin Drive #7, on the east side of Dunwin Drive, just north of Dundas Street, directly behind 2145 Dunwin Drive. FREE PARKING on site.


Please enter through the main door TO THE RIGHT of unit #7 (marked #27/28). The patient entrance is on the main floor on the left-hand side of the vestibule.

Hospital Location


All surgical procedures and endoscopies will be performed at Trillium Health Partners - Credit Valley site. The hospital is located at 2200 Eglinton Ave W.

Paid parking available on site.

Please allow ample time to get to your hospital appointment as the parking lot can be quite busy.
